            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Step forward to right half horse, as you  execute a left down                
                   windmill and right punch to the opponent's diaphragm, west.  Your left fist is at your left side palm up.

            2.    In the same stance, right down windmill and punch left to opponent's diaphragm.  Your right hand
                   is at your right hip, palm up.

            3.    As you perform a double clockwise windmill, step back to a left half horse and left palm back to
                   the opponent's jaw, east. Your right hand is at shield guard.

            4.    Same stance, a double counter clockwise windmill and right back palm to the opponent's jaw, east.
                   Your left hand is at shield guard.

            5.    Move to a Right kick stance west and as you execute a left down windmill, strike to the diaphragm with
                   a right palm to the diaphragm, west.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Step to the south with your right foot as you execute a double counter clockwise windmill.  Shift to
                   a left half horse (back stance) and right back chop upward to the opponent's throat.  Your left hand
                   is above your head, palm up.

            8.    Shift to a right half horse as you complete a clockwise double windmill.  Back chop up to opponent's
                   throat, north, with your left hand.  Your right palm is up, overhead.

            9.    Shift to a left half horse, then right straight kick to the north.

          10.    Step down into a right half horse, double clockwise windmill. Left backhand chop to the opponent's
                   diaphragm. Right hand is palm up, at shield guard.

          11.    Same stance.  After a double counter clockwise windmill, right backhand chop to the opponent's
                   diaphragm.  Left hand is palm up, at shield guard.

          12.    Shift to a left half horse and right round house kick to the west.

          13.    Step to the west as you execute a double clockwise windmill.  Left backhand hammer to your
                   opponent's groin, east.  Right fist is a shield guard.

          14.    Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmill, then right backhand hammer to opponent's
                   groin, east.

          15.    Clockwise double windmill as you step back to the east and left backhand hammer to opponent's
                   chest wall.  Right hand is a shield guard.

          16.    Counter clockwise double windmill and right backhand hammer to opponent's chest wall.  Left
                   hand is at shield guard.

          17.    Step to a right cross stance to the south as you generate a clockwise double windmill.  Strike with
                   a left thumb down palm to the opponent's diaphragm, south.   Right thumb down palm is at shield guard.

          18.    In the same stance, counter clockwise double windmill and strike to the north with a right thumb down
                   palm the opponent's diaphragm, north.  Left thumb down palm is at shield guard.

          19.   Twist out of the cross stance, counter clockwise, to a left half horse, the round house kick to the east.

          20.   Step down, north, to a right half horse as you execute a double clockwise windmill and right palm to the
                  northwest to opponent's jaw.  Left palm is at shield guard.

          21.   Same stance.  Counter clockwise double windmill, then left palm, northeast to the opponent's jaw.  Right
                  palm is at shield guard.

          22.   Shift to left half horse as you execute a counter clockwise double windmill.  Right knee to the opponent's
                  groin, west.

          23.   Right side kick to the west.

          24.   Step down to a right half horse, west, as you clockwise double windmill.  Right palm down spear hand
                  to the opponent's eye.  Left hand is palm up, behind.

          25.   Step back, east, to a left half horse as you execute a counter clockwise double windmill.  Left palm down
                  spear hand, west, to the opponent's eye.  Right hand is palm up behind.

          26.   Salute.


Form, January, 2009

            1.    Remain in set position, feet forming a "V".  You are facing west.  Execute a clockwise double 
                   overhead windmill and strike with a left backhand chop, east, to the left side of opponent's neck.  He
                   is facing west.  Your left shoulder is pointing east.  Your right hand points at your left pulse.

            2.    Still in set position, do a counter clockwise overhead double windmill and strike with a right backhand
                   chop, east, to the right side of opponent's neck.  Your right shoulder is pointing east.

            3.    As you perform a left down windmill, step forward into a right half horse and as your right knee flexes
                   forward, strike with a right fore knuckle punch to opponent's bladder, west.

            4.    Remain facing west as you step back with your right foot, east.  This movement occurs as you do a
                   right down windmill.  As your right foot lands, punch down to his bladder, west, with your left
                   fore knuckles.

            5.    Right heel kick, west, to his chest.

            6.    Salute

            7.    As you execute a double clockwise windmill, step to the south, into a right half horse.  Right palm down
                   punch, south, to the opponent's diaphragm.  Left fist is palm up, at the left side.

            8.    In the same stance, right down windmill and a left palm down punch to the diaphragm, south.  Right fist is
                   palm up at the right side.

            9.    Double over head, clockwise, windmills as you shift to a left half horse, facing north.  As you left
                   down windmill, step to the north into a right half horse and right punch to opponent's throat, to the
                   northwest.  The left fist is at the left side.

           10.   Right down windmill and left punch to the throat, northeast.  Right fist is at the right side.

           11.   Right side kick to the north.

           12.   Right kick to the West.

           13.   Step to the West, while executing double clockwise windmills and strike with a left backhand to
                   the opponent's spleen, east.  Right hand is at shield guard.

           14.   In the same stance, double counter clockwise windmills and strike with a right backhand to the
                   opponent's liver, east.  Left hand is at shield guard.

           15.   Left down windmill as you step back to a left half horse leaving your left foot pointing to the 
                   northwest.   Right palm under his chin, west.  Left hand is open at your left side.

           16.   Right down windmill, in the same stance, and then left palm to his chin, west.  Right hand is open
                   at your right side.

           17.   Right kick West to the opponent's groin.

           18.   Step south to a right cross stance as you double clockwise windmill, and left back hammer to  
                   opponent's groin, east.  Right fist follows at low shield guard.

           19.   Same stance.  Double counter clockwise windmills and then right back hammer, west to groin. Left hand is at
                   low shield guard.

           20.   Twist out, shifting to a left half horse and step north to a right half horse.  Right claw to the eyes, north.

           21.   Same stance.  Right down windmill and then a left claw to the opponent's eyes.

           22.   Shift to a left half horse and pull your right left to a right kick stance facing west.  Step west, to a right half
                   horse, as you double clockwise windmill, and then drop down to your left knee.  Left punch to opponent's
                   bladder, south.  The right follows at shield guard.

           23.   Counter clockwise double windmill and right punch to the bladder.  Left is at shield guard.

           24.   Raise up as you execute a double clockwise windmill.  Step back to the east, leaving your left foot turned
                   to the left.  Right roundhouse punch, with fore knuckles, to the jaw, west.  Left fist is back and thumb down.

           25.   Double counter clockwise windmill and left roundhouse punch to the right jaw, west.

           26.   Salute. 


Form, November, 2008

            1.     You are in set position, facing west.  Step forward to right half horse, left down windmill as you
                    right punch downward to your opponent's bladder, west.  Your right fist is next to your right thigh.

            2.    In the same stance, right down windmill and pull your right fist to your right hip as you punch left, down
                   to opponent's bladder.   Your left fist is next to your left thigh.

            3.    As you perform a double clockwise windmill, step back to a left half horse and left back chop to the 
                   opponent's diaphragm, east.  Your right hand is at shield guard.

            4.    Same stance, a double counter clockwise windmill and right back chop to the opponent's diaphragm.
                   Your left hand is at shield guard.

            5.    Right heel kick, west, to his chest.

            6.    Salute

            7.    Executing a double clockwise windmill, step south to a right half horse and  right round house chop to his  
                   diaphragm.  He is standing east of you and facing south. Start the chop to the east and allow it to swing 
                   around north to make contact.  The left hand is palm down and points north.

            8.    Same stance, execute a double counter clockwise windmill. Left round house chop to his diaphragm.
                   He is standing west of you and facing south.  Start the chop to the west and allow it to swing north and 
                   then make contact.  Right hand is palm down and points to the north.

            9.    As you do a double clockwise windmill, shift to a left half horse and then right straight kick to the north.

           10.   Execute a left down windmill and set down into a right half horse and right claw to your opponent's face
                   with your right hand.  Left hand is at your left side.

           11.   A right down windmill followed by a left claw to opponent's face.  Right hand is at your right side.

           12.   Shift to a left half horse while executing a double overhead clockwise windmill.  Pull your right foot 
                   to the left and without setting it down, step west to right half horse and right chop to the left side of the
                   opponent's neck.  Your left finger point at the right wrist.  (shield guard)

           13.   Do a counter clockwise overhead double windmill and left chop to the right side of opponent's neck.
                   The right fingers point at the left wrist.

           14.   Shift to a left half horse and right knee to opponent's groin, east.

           15.   Execute a clockwise double windmill and right punch to the face of your opponent. (northeast)
                   Left fist is at shield guard position.

           16.   A counter clockwise double windmill and left punch to the face of your opponent. (southeast)
                   Right fist is at shield guard position.

           17.   Right side kick to the south.

           18.   As you left down windmill, step to the south.  Right palm down punch to the east.

           19.   Same stance.  Right down windmill, left palm down punch to the to the west.

           20.   Execute a clockwise double windmill as you shift to a left half horse and step right to the north.   Then
                   a left down windmill followed by a right palm to the solar plexus.   Left hand is held at the left side.

           21.   A right down windmill followed by a left palm to the solar plexus.  Right hand is held at the right side.

           22.   Execute a double overhead clockwise windmill as you shift to a left half horse.  Pull your right foot to 
                   your left into a right kick stance west and step to a right half horse as you right punch up to his jaw, west.
                   Left fist moves behind to the east.

           23.  Step back to a left half horse as you do a double overhead counter clockwise windmill and 
                  strike with a left punch up to his jaw.  The right fist moves behind.

           24.  Move up to a right kick stance facing west as you execute a double clockwise windmill and then strike
                  with a left back hammer fist to his groin, east.  The right fist is at shield guard pointing at your right wrist.

           25.  In the same stance, double counter clockwise windmill and right back hand to the groin, east.  Left fist
                  is at shield guard.

           26.  In the same stance, salute.


Form, July, 2008           

            1.    You are in set position, facing west.  Step to a right half horse west executing a double overhead clockwise
                   windmill.  Right palm to the south to the opponent's hip.  Left palm is at your left side.

            2.    Same stance.  Double overhead counter clockwise windmill and left palm to opponent's hip, north.  Right palm
                   is at your right side.

            3.   Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step back east to a left half horse.  Left palm to the 
                  opponent's neck jaw, south.  right hand is at shield guard.

            4.   A double counter clockwise windmill, in the same stance, as you right palm to the opponent's jaw, north.  Left
                  hand is at shield guard.

            5.   Left and right hands travel over your right shoulder, then right knee to the west and you right uppercut to the
                  opponent's chin, west, at the same time.  Left fist is at your left side.

            6.   Salute

            7.   Draw you left foot directly behind your right foot and right side kick to the west.

            8.   Left front kick the south.

            9.   Step to a left half horse, south and left down windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north.
                  Punch down with your right fist.  You are in a full horse.

           10.  Same stance.  Right down windmill and then left down punch.

           11.  Move your right elbow to the east,  follow with a left down windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north.
                  Follow with a left half horse as you left straight kick to the north.

           12.  Step to a left half horse to the north as you execute a left down windmill and right punch, palm down to your
                  opponent's diaphragm.  Your left fist is at your left side

           13.  Shift to a right half horse to the south as you do a right down windmill and left punch, palm down to your
                  opponent's diaphragm.  Your right fist is at your right side.

           14.  Pull your left foot up to your right and left back kick to the west.

           15.  Execute a double clockwise windmill as you step back, west, with your left foot and shift to a left half horse
                  west.  Strike to the jaw, southwest with a right palm.  Left hand is at shield guard.

           16.  Same stance.  Double counter-clockwise windmill, left palm to the jaw, northwest.  Right palm is at shield guard.

           17.  Clockwise double windmill as you step back with your left foot, east. Strike, left palm strike, grab and pull to
                  the opponent's groin, east.

           18.  Same stance.  Strike, right palm strike, grab and pull to the opponent's groin, east.

           19.  Clockwise double windmill as you step south with your left foot, south and right thumb-up palm to opponent's
                  jaw to the southwest.  Left hand is at shield guard.

           20.  Counter-clockwise double windmill as you shift to a right half horse, north.  Right thumb-up palm to
                  opponent's jaw, to the northeast.  Left hand is at shield guard.

           21.  Shift to a left half horse as you execute a double clockwise overhead, windmill.  Pull up your right foot to your
                  left, into a right kick stance, west.   Step to a right half horse, west and right claw to opponent's eyes, west. 
                  Left hand is at your left side.

           22.  Same stance.  Right down windmill.  Then a left claw to opponent's eyes, west.  Right hand is at your right side.

           23.  Right kick to opponent's groin, west.

           24.  Hop onto your right foot and then back to a right kick stance.  (Weight, back onto your left foot)

           25.  Right kick, west, to the opponent's chest.

           26.  Salute.
